Submit Documents
While ASUMH is an open enrollment campus, there are a few things that we'll need from you in order to complete your admission file. Our team will reach out to ask for your immunization records ( proof of 2 MMR vaccines), your high school transcript, most recent college transcript, or GED scores, and your placement test scores (ACT, SAT, Accuplacer). If you've previously completed Comp 1 and College Algebra, then placement scores will not be required. If you do not have placement scores that are less than 6 years old or if you have not completed Comp 1 and College Algebra, please visit our Testing Center to schedule a placement exam.
While immunization records can be uploaded to your application portal or emailed to us at admissions@asumh.edu, other official documents will need to be sent to us directly from the institution that is issuing them.
